Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Vacature
As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will lead recruitment processes from start to finish, with a focus on veterinarians for the hospitals and clinics across the Netherlands. This role is unique as its both operational and strategic and you will be able to take part in creating and setting up the Talent Acquisition function from scratch.
Your responsibilities as a recruiter:
- Successfully manage recruitment processes from start to finish, together with hiring managers, ensure high quality recruitment.
- Hold intake meetings with hiring managers, identify and source candidates, create shortlists of candidates by interviewing and evaluating them against the role brief.
- Create talent pools and sourcing strategies for key roles within the organisation.
- Building a strong external network of stakeholders (platforms, universities, interest groups etc) in order to grow the talent pool.
- Develop a talent acquisition plan based on their overall strategy and objectives.
- Implement an efficient and data driven recruitment process, ways of working and lead stakeholders through the change.
- training/ coaching of Hiring Managers regarding recruitment

Profiel
You are expected to have:
- Relevant University Academic degree or similar
- Ideally 5-7 years of working experience within recruitment, where you have managed recruitment process from start to finish. Its an advantage if you have worked within an inhouse TA function and within the health care or pharma industry.
- In depth knowledge and experience within sourcing of candidates, screening and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Best in class management of candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to network and talk to different types of people and stakeholders, be it in clinics, at university or with senior leadership.
- Organised, structured and great at planning.
- Fluent in Dutch, both written and verbally. Good knowledge of English. Any other languages are of course highly valued.

Our Client will pay you a good base salary (between 50-70K) The role is based in the Dutch head office in Amsterdam and theyare flexible in terms of working from home. You will be required to travel to visit the hospitals and clinics to establish a good relationship with your key stakeholders.
You will report into the People & Organisation Manager in the Netherlands and have a dotted line to the Head of Talent Acquisition for the total Group. You will be part of the NL People & Organisation team as well as the global TA team.
